Background

Rose accepts briefs in all areas of law, with a focus on commercial and public law.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Rose was a senior associate at Corrs Chambers Westgarth in the commercial litigation team.  Before that, she was a solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons, where she practiced in international arbitration and commercial litigation.  Her experience includes domestic and cross-border matters in the NSW Supreme Court, Federal Court of Australia and in international arbitration.

Rose also served as an Associate to the Hon Chief Justice Susan Kiefel AC KC of the High Court of Australia and the Hon Justice Brigitte Markovic of the Federal Court of Australia.  She has lectured in Federal Constitutional Law at the University of New South Wales.

Qualifications

Rose graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Laws (University Medal and First Class Honours) and Bachelor of International Studies (Distinction).
