Background

Ben principally practices in commercial, public and competition law. He has appeared in the High Court, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Full Court of the Federal Court and in lower Federal and State courts.

Before coming to the Bar, Ben was an associate at Allens, in the competition, litigation and insolvency groups. He was also associate to Justice Mansfield of the Federal Court and President of the Australian Competition Tribunal.
