Christian Bova SC is a leading commercial silk with a broad commercial practice, with particular experience in complex commercial, corporate, equity and insolvency disputes. He appears at trial and appellate level in State and Federal Courts across Australia, as well as in arbitration.
Christian is regularly briefed in substantial commercial disputes involving high-net-worth individuals, substantial private companies, and public companies. Since 2010, Christian has been the counsel of choice for Australia’s most successful private company, Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd, and Australia’s richest person, Mrs Gina Rinehart.
