Background
Christine accepts briefs in commercial and public law. She has a broad practice, acting for corporations, government and individuals in commercial, regulatory, insurance, constitutional and administrative law matters.
Before coming to the Bar, Christine was Counsel Assisting the Solicitor-General of the Commonwealth and, previously, an associate to the Honourable Justice Susan Kiefel AC of the High Court of Australia. As a solicitor she worked in both private practice (at Allens, specialising in dispute resolution and competition and consumer law) and the public sector (at the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department).
She holds a Bachelor of Civil Law with Distinction from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Economic and Social Sciences from the University of Sydney.
