Background
Harry accepts briefs in all areas of law. He has a general commercial practice which includes class actions, corporations, equity, competition and contractual disputes. His public law practice includes constitutional law, administrative law, and statutory construction. He has appeared in the High Court, in intermediate appellate courts, and at the trial level in various jurisdictions (led and unled).
Before coming to the Bar, Harry was a tipstaff/associate to the Hon Justice Meagher at the New South Wales Court of Appeal and a Senior Lawyer at the Australian Government Solicitor, where he acted for the Commonwealth in public law and regulatory disputes.
Harry holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons I and the University Medal) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons I and the University Medal) from the University of Sydney, where he has taught as a sessional academic.
