Areas of practice
Prior to being called to the Bar, Jane worked as an Associate to a Justice of the High Court of Australia, a solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons) in Sydney and an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Silicon Valley. She has also lectured in Administrative Law at the University of New South Wales.
Jane graduated from the University of Sydney with University Medals in both Law and History. She subsequently received a BCL and MPhil from the University of Oxford, where she studied on a Menzies Memorial Scholarship in Law.
Since being called to the bar, Jane has appeared in a range of commercial and public law matters, including class actions, consumer law, corporations law, environmental and planning law and judicial review matters. She accepts briefs in all areas, including:
